Through riders from three California schools traveled cross country to compete at IDA finals, Stanford University senior Kate Erickson (on left, with head coach Rachel Williamson) was actually closer to her off-season home than most. Erickson is from the Boston area, and her Father (not pictured) traveled down to Nationals to see her place seventh in individual first level test 3 in her final IDA ride.
