Fifth generation Hawaiian Malia Kissner of Mount Holyoke College (center, with Hawaiians of a previous generation) competed twice at 2012 IDA Nationals in Long Valley, New Jersey. Kissner was fifth in individual first level test 3 on April 29th when this photo was taken but was fourth a day earlier in team first level test 2 to
help the Lyons score 32 and finish fifth in the nation for the 2011-12 season.
Not only are they identical twins they nearly earned the same ribbon. University of Connecticut freshmen Emma (on left) and Clair Price both competed at IDA finals on April 29th. Clair went first and was sixth in individual training level test 3 while Emma showed in the final class of the day placing seventh in individual introductory level test B.
