If you ever visit a Zone 1, Region 4 show you will notice that everyone has their own decorated stepstool. These stools are used between
flat classes, so that everyone can rush in, put down their stool, and get their riders mounted up in seconds flat. At Region 4 Regionals
on March 28th Brianna Fitch (on left) and Alexandra Pistey (on right) of Wellesley College posed with Head Coach Alli Mitchell as she
provided us with a good view of the Wellesley mounting block.
Much of the Johnson & Wales Equestrian team (including Head Coach Dirk Fogg, sixth from right) is seen here at the October 14, 2009 University of Connecticut show. Johnson & Wales scored 28 points that
day, their high total for the season at that time. However on March 13th Johnson & Wales scored an even-better 32 points at their home show. J & W finished the season fifth overall in the Region 1 team
standings.
