IHSA ZONE 7 - REGION 5

Don't forget to run up your stirrups! Seen here during the 2010-11 season, Megan Lafollette is one of six Truman State University hunter seat riders to have qualified for Regionals during the fall of 2011. A senior from St. Charles, Illinois, Deidre Cwian of Northern Illinois University (pictured) is tied for first in the Region 5 hunter seat open rider standings through six fall shows. Cwian is trying to become the second NIU rider in program history to compete for the Cacchione Cup at IHSA Nationals (2009 graduate Michael Lenard competed for the cup at three straight National shows).
