Rebekah Chenelle of the Windcrest IEA team (on right) won both of her open classes at the December 17th show at Mystic Valley Hunt Club. Windcrest coach Armand Chenelle (on left, who is also Rebekah's Father) saw his upper school team earn reserve high point team honors for the day.

She started their hot streak: When she won the first section of varsity intermediate on the flat on December 17th Clare Bornstein (on left, with her Mother) was only the second Southeastern Connecticut rider to have won a class. However the next three SECT riders would also win and by the end of the day the host team at Mystic Valley would total 15 blue ribbons between their upper and middle schools. The SECT upper school team held off Windcrest Farm by a 35-34 score to take high point team honors.
