IHSA Zone 8, Region 4 Team Standings

She has been in the IHSA for two seasons and both times she represented Region 4 at Nationals in the Cacchione Cup Competition. Abbie Zanone of Oregon State University (on left, with Beavers Head Coach Dawn Ross) had to win a ride-off at Regionals to accomplish this in 2011-12. The sophomore from Portland, Oregon finished the regular season tied with Kara Toye of Central Washington University (not pictured) for the most combined open flat and fences points within Region 4 but won the ride-off on March 10th to advance to Raleigh, North Carolina for the IHSA's year-end show.
