IHSA Zone 8, Region 4 Team Standings

You don't see too many photos on Campus Equestrian that were taken at 2009 IHSA Nationals in Murfreesboro, Tennessee these days. Seen here as a freshman, Elizabeth Whitman is the first IHSA rider nationwide to clinch a trip to IHSA Nationals May 3rd through 6th in Raleigh, North Carolina. The Oregon State senior from Albany, Oregon will represent Zone 8, Region 4 a third consecutive season in the individual AQHA Trophy division. Remarkably Region 4 completed their western season on November 19th, holding but five shows in 2011-12. Whitman was once again the Region 4 rider with the most combined open reining and rail points.
