From West Nyack, New York, Madison Hallas (pictured) is one of ten University of Findlay western riders to have qualified for Regionals over the course of four fall shows. The Oilers junior has pointed out of the advanced western horsemanship division, providing her team with yet another rider to fill the open divisions.
