Seen here at 2015 IHSA Nationals, Hannah Showell of the College of Charleston tied teammate Gabrielle Bernier (not pictured) for high
point rider at the Cougar's home show on November 19th. Showell won both of her open classes that day while Charleston earned a
perfect 49 score for the third time since their first IHSA show in 1983. South Carolina was next with 17 points while Coastal
Carolina, Furman and Georgia Southern each were third with 15 points. So far in 2016-17 Charleston has won twice outright, Clemson
twice outright while Charleston, Coastal Carolina and Converse all tied for first with 31 points each at the October 1st Georgia
Southern-hosted season opener. Yet Charleston has been the most consistant and thus has a significant lead.
