It was an auspicious IHSA debut for Abigail Brookover of Liberty University on September 27th. A freshman from Virginia Beach, Virginia, Brookover won both of her limit classes. As no one else present won twice, Brookover received the high point rider ribbon which she is holding here. The Flames' point rider in both of her classes, Bookover's 14 points figured big. Liberty won by a 37-36 margin over host Sweet Briar, Randolph - Macon College and Longwood University. You don't see shows where one point could have meant a four-way tie for high point team that often!
