A senior from Lindenhurst, New York, Tatum Cawley of Long Island University is seen here in the Trophy Room at 2023 IHSA Nationals in Lexington, Kentucky last May 5th after placing second in team novice equitation. On November 12th Cawley won her novice eq class to help the Sharks go a perfect 5-and-0 for the fall. LIU won their home show that day at North Shore Equestrian Center which rumor has it will be the site of 2024 Zone 2 Zones the first weekend in April. If this proves to be correct it will be the second time North Shore has hosted a Zones event, with the other being in April of 2013.
