competing at 2008 IHSA Nationals in Burbank, California. Finkbeiner competed in the first class of '08 Nationals, the individual intermediate over fences, while Case was fifth in beginner western horsemanship. Isackson competed for the individual
AQHA Trophy, placing tenth overall after two separate phases over two days at the Los Angeles Equestrian Center.

two competed in the individual walk-trot division at 2008 IHSA Nationals in Burbank on May 9th. Though both Sorensen and Kennedy were out of the ribbons, Franck faired better. The junior from Ephrata, Washington won the individual
advanced western division on May 8th and earned a point for the Buffs with a sixth in team open western horsemanship on May 11th. Though Laramie and West Texas A & M competed against each other at Zone 7, Region 1 shows each of the
past three regular seasons this will not be the case in 2008-09, as Region 2 will re-gain the three schools in the western part of Texas (including the Buffs) that were given to Region 1 following the 2004-05 season.
ZONING IN!
Louisiana State University hosted 2008 Zone 7 Zones on April 5th. The IHSA's only two-way hunter seat
team competition ended in a tie, with the second tiebreaker sending one school to Nationals... Full
